We believe in thoughtful, adaptive engagement for collective growth.
Engagement and Training Design
We use thorough social inquiry (interviewing, written questionnaires, observation) to best understand your group context, whether it’s a 15-person team building event or a 500-person neighbourhood festival.
From there, we employ design-thinking, IAP2 standards, and an inclusive, accessible approach to create tailored engagement and training activities. We believe in a collaborative approach and ensure communication with clients throughout this process. All activities are designed with an awareness of cultural, gendered, sexual, religious, and other diversities.
Facilitation
Using a cross-cultural, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approach, we guide adults and youth through training (anti sexual-harassment, cross-cultural communication, etc.) and engagement activities (community mapping, collective murals, workshops, focus groups, etc.). Our facilitation aims to ebb and flow with group needs, ensuring that outcomes arise from the collective.
Strategy and Toolkits
Based in rigorous research standards and engagement outcomes, we work with you to refresh or create new strategies for your organization. Toolkits and strategic resources are made with accessibility, creativity, and user-friendliness in mind, including youth.
